About the event
The CUHK Summer Institute (SI) is a 2-week summer programme that brings together secondary school students to explore various academic fields and gain insights into future studies at CUHK. The SI challenges students’ inquisitive minds and immerses them into the fascinating university teachings.
By joining the SI, students can
- Explore a variety of subject areas through short courses taught by CUHK scholars.
- Enjoy the vibrant student life at the lushly green campus which also provides a peaceful backdrop for studies.
- Gain valuable insights into adapting to the university learning environment, receiving guidance and support from CUHK students, faculty and staff members.
- Connect and build meaningful relationships with peers from diverse backgrounds.
- Make informed decisions about their academic and intellectual pursuits via a transformative and empowering learning journey.
- Earn a maximum of two credits which may be applied towards future undergraduate studies at CUHK (with terms and conditions applied).
