二零二一年度會員大會主席
Dear Students/ Alumni:
Undergraduate Alumni Association Annual General Meeting 2021 The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the year 2021 of the JC School of Public Health and Primary Care Undergraduate Alumni Association, The Chinese University of Hong Kong will be held at 7:30pm, on 5th November 2021 (Friday). The AGM this year will be delivered in hybrid mode and the registered members of the Alumni Association could choose to participate in person or via Zoom. Please see below for the details and the agenda of the AGM.

Venue: Tutorial Room 1 & 2, 1/F, School of Public Health and Primary Care, Prince of Wales Hospital, Shatin
* Please note that the registree has to be a registered member of the Alumni Association. Details to complete your membership registration will be sent to your mailbox after your RSVP to the AGM if you are not yet a member.

Review and approve agenda of the meeting
Discuss and approve the constitution revisions suggested by the ExCo (Please see the attachment in the email)
