United Christian Nethersole Community Health Service is pleased to be awarded by The Food and Health Bureau to operate "District Health Centre Express (DHCX)" for Kwun Tong and Tai Po district.
"DHCX" will provide prevention-focused primary healthcare services on different levels, including health promotion and education, health risk factor assessment and chronic disease management.

Being the centre-in-charge, to oversee the overall management of the DHCX project and liaise with The Food & Health Bureau accordingly
To build collaborative partnership with various internal and external stakeholders for the advancement of the objectives of DHCX
To monitor the project progress and performance, financial status and manage budgets according to the budget calendar
📗 Requirements:
Recognised degree in business or health service management or above
At least 10 years of working experience, of which not less than 5 years at managerial level
Experience with community healthcare or settings is preferable. Excellent communication skills, self-motivated, flexible, passionate in community engagement

Project Concern Hong Kong (PCHK) is a non-profit, non-sectarian, non-political medical assistance program incorporated with limited liability and granted charitable institution status in 1985 locally. Currently PCHK provides dental, eye services and Chinese medicine services.
📕 Responsibilities:
To plan and organize the health promotion activities.
To liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure smooth event arrangement and post-event follow up.
To take charge of the Project for oral health education purpose including to handle the design and production of materials, brochure and leaflets etc.
To organize different kinds of health activities (health carnivals, health talks, exhibition and screening, and oral hygiene education etc).
To ensure all activities are conforming to the schedule, requirements and regulations.
To recruit and coordinate the site staff, volunteers for the oral health promotion activities.
To ensure all the items of the project expenses are not over or less than 20% of the original budget from time to time.
To conduct project performance review and propose improvement measures.
To prepare regularly report for project management in terms of number of participation, evaluation of service performance and outcomes, statical data analysis and financial situation etc.
To perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Executive Director.
📗 Requirements:
Degree holder with 2 years or above SOILD experience in project coordination and event management, preferable in social welfare / health promotion / health service field.
Being independent, responsible, creative, analytical team-player and with good interpersonal, communication skill.
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese; and
Proficiency in MS Office, familiar with web tools and design software will be an advantage.
Good knowledge of healthcare industry will be a definite advantage.

Attractive remuneration package would be offered to the right candidate with a 15% total sum of contract salary as gratuity will be granted at the end of the contract period if the contract is satisfactorily completed with consistently high standard of performance and conduct.
